Who would be thrilled about being reminded for a whole 24 hours that there is no great love in their lives? Its okay. You are allowed to hate Valentines Day if you want to. But, if you must hate Valentines Day- do it BIG!

Here's how

1. Dress in black AND wear a veil all day long. Tell people that you are mourning the loss of your virginity.

2. Make a sign that reads: I don't love you. Go to the mall and wave it at people.

3. Find every old boyfriend you can on facebook and write them a message demanding to know why the hell they didn't appreciate you.

Now, don't you feel better?

Poll Results: Which Is Your Biggest Fear?

MySavvySisters.Com posted a poll that asked its readers to answer the question: Which is your biggest fear?

Of the women who responded:

23% answered - Being viewed as a failure
23% answered - The death of a loved one
15% answered - Death
15% answered - Never Being Loved
15% answered - Becoming homeless
1% answered- Going to hell

Analysis- What does this poll say about what threatens My Savvy Sisters?

My Savvy Sisters aren't afraid of going to hell. Maybe that's because we have more to do than sit around and think about what is going to happen in an after life that we do not even know exists.

My Savvy Sisters recognize their inner potential and are having a difficult time grasping the concept that somehow they may not realize it. What my sisters don't understand is, the only thing that will hold you back from realizing your full potential is your fear of not being able to do it.

This is why I went through with The Rebuild Your Life Project. I wanted to show you that no matter what happens, you can rebuild. It doesn't matter how much you lose, you can dust yourself off and try again.

Moreover, it seems that not only are My Savvy Sisters afraid of not meeting their full potential but they are also afraid of others recognizing it and judging them for it. This is all too common in women who make goals simply to appease others.

You don't have to live like this, sis. Your goals should be for your own benefit and your own pleasure. Whether or not you achieve is not a basis to determine your life worth. Have fun trying and failing your way through life. Give it your best shot and be surprised when you win because being a superwoman was really your goal in the first place. Your desire is to do the impossible, or at least try anyway and laugh while you're trying it because it really IS fun to try.

I am astonished to report that My Savvy Sisters fear death just as much as they fear never being loved and becoming homeless. This means never being loved would be the same fate as dieing or being an outcast in society. I can understand that rationale but it doesn't have to be so.

We place far too much emphasis on romantic love in this society. I'm sure it's wonderful and it's a life expectancy but really it is not a necessity. We can not continue to measure our life worth by our ability to partner with someone and remain in a relationship with them. No relationship is permanent. No relationship is stable. Everything changes eventually and when we allow ourselves the freedom to change and grow and even to leave if the relationship does not suit our growth, it is only THEN that we are truly living out our potential.

We think we do not have love because we have never been married or we have yet to feel that tingly soul mate feeling but the reality is, we do experience love each and every day in so many forms it would be an insult not to recognize them. But we don't care. We are so busy trying to live out someone else's expectation for our lives that we forget to be happy. But we don't have to continue to live like that.

If for some reason, you don't experience romantic love in this decade, be okay with that. What other experiences can you have? Try to have as many as you can and write about them, savoring them for as long as you can.

Comparing the fear of death to the fear of never being loved is amazing to me. With death, we fear it because we do not know what will happen next. Not experiencing romantic love is different. We KNOW that we can hop from one adventure to the next if we choose to, collecting souvenirs, awards and even lovers along the way. Who says the ultimate love experience has to have a ring attached to it? It doesn't. Have a good time. Listen to your bliss and dive into it.

For My Savvy Sisters: What do you think of these poll results? What were some of your fears from earlier in your life and how did you overcome them?

Poll Results: How Different Was Your Life This Time Last Year?

MySavvySisters.Com posted a poll that asked its readers to answer the question: How Different Was Your Life This Time Last Year?

Of the women who responded:

10% answered - A few minor changes
40% answered - I see progress
30% answered - I am a new woman
20% answered - This year was a disaster

Analysis- What does this poll say about how My Savvy Sisters viewed their life's progress?
My Savvy Sisters are moving forward in life!
The 10% who reported that their lives had changed just a little are probably those who too few risks and remained stagnant in their pursuit of their dreams. These 10% of women polled played it safe, clinging to the familiarity of their lives satisfied by the way things are.

40% of women polled reported that they see progress. This means the majority of women polled noticed a significant change in their physical or spiritual circumstances and are proud that they have moved forward in life.

30% of women polled believe that their lives have changed so much that they are completely reknewed. They understand that CHANGE equals progress and they are not afraid of it.

20% answered 'this year was a disaster'. These 20% of women polled do not yet understand that all disasters lead to new beginnings. If you are one of the women who considered this year to be a disaster decide to appreciate a new perspective about it. If you've been praying for change be prepared to mourn because most significant change begins with a loss in order to make room for the new.

Poll Results: Where Do You Stand On The Occupy Wall Street Protests?

MySavvySisters.Com posted a poll that asked its readers to answer the question: Where do you stand on the Occupy Wall Street Protests?

Of the women who responded:

30% answered - I disagree with them
46% answered - I have no idea what they want
15% answered - I agree with them
7 % answered - I am a protestor

Analysis- What does this poll say about the way My Savvy Sisters view the Occupy Wall Street Protests?

The majority of women who responded to this poll are clueless as to the objectives of the Occupy Wall Street Protest. We attempted to explain both sides of the OWS Protest in an editorial- Occupy Wall Street Both Sides Of the Coin.

This general confusion mirrors the attitude of the majority of the country as well as the protestors themselves who are protesting because they are generally fed up with the big businesses who they claim are taking advantage of them and causing them to experience more struggles in life.

They protestors call themselves the 99% which is a way to distinguish themselves from the financial elite that control most of the wealth. According to a wiki style document called the Liberty Square Blueprint which acts as a voice for their demands which center around a government based on direct democracy, a concept that has not been used since ancient civilizations.

The next largest group of women who responded to this poll indicate that they disagree with the actions of the Occupy Wall Street Protestors. This may indicate that a large majority of My Savvy Sisters are financially stable and see no reason why they should protest.

The category in our poll that received the least amount of votes was "I am a protestor" which indicates that only 7% of My Savvy Sisters actively participate in the protest.

Why are My Savvy Sisters oblivious to the plight of The Occupy Wall Street movement?

Simple. My Savvy Sisters are not victims. We do not point the finger at anyone to blame them for our lot in life. My Savvy Sisters understand that we create our world through our choices and we do not look to others to offer a hand up. We do not compare ourselves to others causing us to feel badly about who we are.

We do our best. We make ends meet. We are devoted to taking care of our families. We are focused on making our ideal world into a reality. We take risks to go after our dreams and when we hear the word 'No' we simply know that there is another way to get what we want, and we re strategize.

This idea of protesting is an excercise of the right to free assembly and My Savvy Sisters respect that. We wish the protestors well in their plight and hope that they are able to see their mission accomplished.

While the protestors are actively organizing, My Savvy Sisters are doing the inner work that creates the strength and resolve to first visualize and then achieve our most lofty goals knowing that nothing can stop us from creating our very best lives.

Poll Results: What Makes You Feel Like A Woman?

MySavvySisters.Com posted a poll that asked its readers to answer the question: What makes you feel like a woman?

Of the women who responded:

44% answered Nurturing Others
22% answered Being Cared For
22% answered Playing Dominant/Submissive Roles
11% answered Romantic Relationships

Analysis- What does this indicate about the mental state of women who read our online magazine?

The women who read our online magazine are women who take pride in caring for others. Biologically, we are designed to be nurturers and that role fulfills us physically and psychologically.

As nurturing women, we give our time and energy to planting seeds in those around us and the things we love most. We not only nurture our children but we also nurture our mates, our friends and our parents. We sow into them emotionally and through our loving actions. We thrive on watching our nurturing groom the people we love and we truly want the best for those around us.

Being cared for by the people we love also makes us appreciate our feminine nature and the role we play in our relationships, both romantic and platonic also give us our share of WOMAN POWER.

To My Savvy Sisters- Keep giving. Keep loving. Keep believing that through your love, wisdom and generosity this world can be uplifted. You are so very right. It is through your breasts and breath that life is given meaning. Don't ever hold back. Love as much as you want to. Share as much as you can. Give as much as you have to offer.

Our survival depends on you.

Poll Results: Do You Truly Love Yourself?

MySavvySisters.Com posted a poll that asked its readers to answer the question: Do you truly love yourself?

Of the women who responded:

20% answered YES
40% answered NO
40% answered NOT SURE

Analysis- What does this indicate about the mental state of women who read our online magazine?

The women who read our magazine are in need of a good dose of self love. We are women who strive to create our best lives but somewhere along the line we seem to have forgotten how to love ourselves as is, that is, if we ever knew how.

What does it take to learn to love yourself? The process begins with self acceptance. The only true way to learn to accept yourself 'as is' is to make peace with who and where you are. This is a task that is not easily undertaken as we attempt to battle the daily images from the media and consistent messages that try to show us that we are not good enough as we are.

Fix this. Look like this. Make yourself better by buying this.

These are all messages that we see that make us compare ourselves to the flawless images and people who adorn the advertisements. We must understand that in every call to action to be "better" there is an underlying message: BUY THIS.

The people who create the campaigns that ultimately make us feel badly about where we are and who we are, create those images to try to SELL US A PRODUCT. We do not need these things yet they try to convince us that we would feel better if we drove a more expensive car or we hired this particular dating coach. We have created a social system that thrives on celebrating the abnormal. Yes, those size 2 women with perfect teeth and hair were manufactured to make us feel less than.

No one can set an ideal goal for your life. No one can tell you that you are not up to par. Do not waste your life striving for an ideal that some magazine art director put together based on the company that hired him to sell a product.

Who are you? No, who are you really?

You are not the attainment of your goals. Your life worth is not measured by your ability to sustain a romantic relationship?

Why don't you love yourself? I know, it's because you are not where you want to be in life. But the reality is, you are alive and you're still afloat. I have witnessed personally the tragic mentalities of those who have given up on life. You are not one of those women. You are an awesome creation right where you sit.

You are amazing because...you ARE.

Your ~BEING~ keeps you among the best of the best. the fact that your ancestors survived thousands of years of the world's most horrific tragedies demonstrates that you are among the most brilliant of survivors.

You don't have to be GREAT. You don't have to win awards. You don't have to be the woman with the biggest house on the block. You are valuable because you were given the gift of life and you haven't given up on it yet.

In order to love yourself more it is important that you rid yourself of everyone else's ideals of who you should be and where you should be by this point in your life.

I am not a woman who has it all together. In fact, just last week, a mean spirited person said to me, "I'm better than you at life." This statement didn't hurt me, it simply let me know that I'm doing something right where someone would have the time and audacity to compare themselves to me. When anyone compares themselves to you, ESPECIALLY if you are unfavorable in comparison, it really means that they believe that you are better than they are, otherwise they would not stop to make the comparison.

Give yourself a break this week. Let the things you call flaws hang out. Go outside without a bra on. Sing as loudly as you can in your most off key tone. Don't wear make up one day.

So what?

Who is your judge? Have you won an award lately for trying to keep up with the neighbors? Do you receive ANYTHING for your efforts to be better than the women featured in magazines?

I have been called beautiful my entire life and I get nothing but free drinks at the bar- does that really mean anything?

I am nothing special and I'm happy with that. I don't have to live up to the pressure of maintaining the number one spot. I don't have to fit into a size 6 dress. I don't have to worry about my partner finding someone better because I'm single and I am free to do what I want.

I have a job that I enjoy and I am free to learn, spend time with my sons and work on the things I am passionate about. I am rich in all the ways that most "successful" people are not and that is simply because I live my life for ME and I'm happy with all the ways I made mistakes and all the ways I triumphed.

You can be happy too. Don't you want to be? Stop beating yourself up because your life isn't perfect. It's not supposed to be like that. You're not a robot. You're not a clone. You are an individual and you can walk into life's surprises with the expectation that you are walking into the next unique part of your distinct journey.

You are so special. You are so wonderful. You are such a gift to this earth. Love yourself for ~BEING~ and for being able to smile and contribute what you can. Self love is easy when you throw self condemnation out the window.

Forgive yourself.

Live.

Make mistakes.

Shrug.

Laugh.

Take risks again.

Relax.

Smile.

You always get chance to try again and if you don't get it right then, oh well, try something else.

Life isn't a test, it's an adventure.

Salud.
